How it works for me....

I thought it might be a good idea to explain how a reading or clearing works for me. I am aware that the process for all healers is as individual as the healer themselves. Some healers work with crystals, pendulums, reiki, angels, spiritual response... the list is endless and perfect for I feel there is a healer out there for everyone; and IN everyone.

The basic procedure for me is that after I receive a request for healing or a reading, I go into a protective meditative state. I call on the Archangels most aligned with the person's energy or rather those Archangels present themselves to me, or make their presence known.

Many people are aware of the better known  Archangels in the Judeo-Christian tradition; Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, and Metatron. But there are more. Here is a link to some of the Archangels that are more commonly known to me in my work. Each person has a closer connection to one Archangel more than the others. For me, it is Metatron. As a result, he is almost always present in a reading, as a support to myself.

Then I will invite any Ascended masters, guides or angels that wish to work with you. I like this list of Ascended Masters because it is pretty extensive and includes the most familiar guides and some less well known ones. Often, a guide or angel that is very close to you will wish to make themselves known and I will do my best to interpret the name. It can be challenging as you can imagine if they are saying their name with an accent I am unfamiliar with.

Next, I will invite your higherself (HS) to come into the sacred circle created by these beings of love and light. Usually, there is a greeting of some sort, and your higher self has a seat.

Your higherself is that part of you that some refer to as Spirit. Or Unconscious Mind, or Higher Mind. For me it is the higher self. That part of you that records and recalls all aspects of your lifetimes, general themes, lessons, gifts, paths, missions and roles. It can see clearly connections and reasons for relationships both current and past. It knows the eternal potentials both before you and "behind" you. It is a bit different from the soul in that the soul is our perfect individuated expression of God. It is pure love in its nature and being. The higherself is what the soul uses to grow and expand. The higher self takes the life experiences and accumulates data for the soul to use in the knowing of itself. When we transition from this life into another, it is our higherself (spirit) that leaves the form. It is an eternal constant that keeps track of our deepest desires, and where we have been and where we are going... it is that which shows up as intuition, and deja'vu. When we knew someone was going to call or come by... we were 100% in tune with our higherselves.

Each of us can and DO connect with our higherselves on a regular basis... how regular is dependant on our conditioning, our fears and our paths. Many of us were taught NOT to trust ourselves, or God, or that life was scary and out to get us. So we doubt our hearts, we doubt what will bring us joy, we reject happiness for fear we dont deserve it or that it will be taken from us. We live in the past. We say well the last time....  I work with the higherself to see these situations clearly or the patterns around the beliefs and conditionings that can be released so that you can live with a greater sense of connection and peace.

For me it happens a lot like a conversation between friends. I type it out as it comes. It reads a lot like a transcript. It is a blessing for me to be able to sit in the presence of so many beautiful higherselves. There is often just a misunderstanding playing out in our lives now... no matter how painful it so often is... it is so often a call for love. In life there are only two things an all situations and actions and words and beliefs reflect these two options.... pure expressions of love, or calls for love... Pain in our life is always a call for love somewhere.  And we are the only ones capable of both giving and receiving that love.

As a side note, I do not consider myself a medium or psychic, though I have acted in that modality previously it isnt as comfortable a role for me. However, there are occasions when the role of psychic is key to a person's healing... and we just go with that... but generally... I dont know the winning lottery numbers, or the weather a year from now... it doesnt seem really relavant to healing... unless in the odd occasion it is.  :)

The Divine Within?

I think it is safe to say that for the most part western society has been conditioned to believe that we as humans are nothing in and of ourselves. From the time we take our first breath we are conditioned to believe that a) we are dependant on another for our life and b) those on whom we are dependant can at anytime and for whatever reason withdraw their love and support. We are taught that life is scary, and we are helpless victims, without either control OR responsibility.

It isnt anyone's "fault" per se, those that taught us, themselves were products of the conditioning. And they sent us to the same schools to learn the same lessons in obedience to authority that they had learned. They taught us about a God that was punitive, needy and fickle. A God whose love was only given in response to obedience and the rules were ever changing. It was an insecure love at best. We were conditioned to believe that we were born flawed and in need of rescuing. We were conditioned to believe that we could only go so far or achieve so much, and that our dreams were limited by our abilities or someone else's will for us. We were made to believe that we are victims of our body's ailments and conditions (or that they were our curses or crosses to bear), and that we need "professionals" and "chemicals" to "treat" us... notice I didnt say cure or heal.

What if all of that was a misunderstanding? What IF we are conscious creators of our reality? What if what we are experiencing right this very moment is ultimately for our highest wonder, our highest good and growth... or even greatness. What if everything that has gone before, no matter how challenging or traumatic was brought to us BY US, so that we may remember the reality of who we really are? Would it change our experience?

What if we came into this experience with our hearts wide open? In innocence we loved, because it is what we are. We offered our hearts, open to the world. We dreamed. We remembered our connection to the all. Everything was magical. We saw with pure vision, maybe even talking to "imaginary" friends. In fact, everything was our friend... the bird, the butterfly, the stranger, the baby laughing in the mirror, the leaves that waved at us all day from the trees.

Where we had come from we knew only connection to the divine THROUGH the divine. Fear does not exist where love abides, and we came from love. Pure unconditioned love, and that is what we came to offer. Little did we understand the fear upon this planet, and that those we would be coming to had long forgotten their connection and were now living in separation. Fear separates, love connects. When they held us in their arms they were filled with the memory of the pure unconditional love they once experienced, but then the fear of loss rushed in.

The cycle of victim, bully, rescuer (with life often being cast the role of bullier) was taught to us. And we learned our roles well. We reacted to the sense of separation with crying, as it was a new situation, unfamiliar to us, and we were approached in fear. A new mother is a very terrified being, may we bless the mother who was doing her very best to love the way she had been conditioned to understand love to be.

Maya Angelou once said, "When you know better you do better." Well, it is time we reflect on our true understanding of love. It is time we KNOW ourselves. When we know ourselves as love we act as love. We no longer have the need to look outside ourselves for saviours, leaders, healers, guides or gurus.

We came to this earth perfectly endowed as individuations of the creator/God/Source experiencing itself as itself. Your hand is an extension of this thing called "you" and is no less an expression or part of you than your toe. Your toe's experience of the world is far different than your hand, but no less sacred, real or valuable. Do you consider your toe less of you than your hand? No... and so it is with all of creation. You are no less divine than a star, or one who came as an avatar to remind us of
that truth.

May we all remove our blinders, our blocks and our conditionings so as to remember each other and ourselves in our full light and glory.

When we drop our victim/blame conditioning we are free. We can create our reality and experience any way we choose. We begin to see there are no enemies, only eternal extensions of our chosen experience. Blessings to help us grow and remember the divinity we have mistakenly sought outside of us... pointing us within. Pointing us to what we have forgotten... "The Kingdom of Heaven is within."

Putting out the "Open" sign... butterflies...

So... deep breath... in... out.... here we go!!! For several years I have been guided to share my gifts and light with a wider audience. Whilst I have encouraged others to shine their light, I have been rather reluctant to BE out there. Fear of rejection? Maybe. Fear of ridicule? Possibly. But these are things I have helped others clear in themselves... so I am throwing myself in the deep end so to speak... and walking the walk... Ta DAH!

I am a healer, intuitive coach/counselor, as well as past life reader. I assist people in connecting with their higher selves, their own soul guides and guidance. I assist others in clearing their conditioned beliefs, and blocks that have kept them from moving forward on their own divine paths.

How, you might ask? Well, I work directly with the Archangels, Ascended Masters, my guides and angels as well as the person that I am working with. In a meditative state, I connect with the person's higherself and there is a conversation regarding what the person wishes to clear.

In my practice, this takes place as the person goes about his/her daily life. Most people have reported minimal disruption of their day, while at the same time experiencing significant shifts in their perceptions.

So there it is.... Ideally, my goal is to assist in awakening as many as possible to their own connection and gifts and talents that we may all uplift, inspire and heal the ALL. I loved the series "Dinotopia", in that they talk about how "one drop raises the ocean." And I feel it is time we FLOOD the earth with truth, love, healing, compassion, understanding, connection. We are all healers, seers, gifted and divinely endowed. We have just forgotten! 

As the blog proceeds, I imagine I will share more about myself, my experiences, my understandings, thoughts and well... duh! I suppose that is what a blog is, afterall!!
